Design

The eye is first drawn to a traditional Mandarin collar that crests above a high waist gold statement zipper. The bodice is hand-beaded by one of the top beading houses in India, a generations-owned and operated business that serves royalty, prestigious families and the world’s top designers. The beads align to form a delicate monochrome lotus flower on the back, a design that honors two pillars of femininity: strength and resilience. Soft, stretchy long black sleeves adorn the duster on each side. Sharp lines define the open front skirt; regal in flow, it provides proper composure when walking, neat draping when seated, and playful spin on the dancefloor.
